This is designed to improve communication and better serve the needs of the employers. Employers can be categorised to identify the most profitable customers and potential customers. This can also be used to determine appropriate contact strategies.

Track meetings and activity with your employers

Achiever Anyware’s diary management functionality allows your teams to manage appointments and calls associated with employers effectively. Follow up actions and key milestone tasks can be scheduled automatically to ensure enquiries are promptly auctioned to maximise revenue potential. Employers not contacted on a regular basis can be identified and flagged appropriately.

Identify and react to employer demand

Courses and services of interest can be recorded against each employer to identify courses that are not currently provided or not included in the current budget, to increase courses and services offered and identify new opportunities.

All activity undertaken in relation to the enquiry can be tracked and monitored to identify cost of sale and resource required.

Integrate with your existing business systems

Integrating Achiever Anyware with your existing systems provides your team with a complete picture of each employer allowing them to better respond to customer requirements. Integration with your finance system allows your team to identify when an employer is on-stop and monthly purchases.
Integration with your apprenticeship system provides your team with potential cross and up-sell opportunities in addition to driving automated processes, such as to identify when a health and safety policy is due. In addition, integration with your course and/or student management system, allows you to identify individual learner’s needs and target them directly.

Act on and respond to issues

Issues can be raised and recorded in Achiever Anyware with accompanying actions to monitor progress.
