Management
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a 'business
culture'. It is about changing the way your people,
processes and customer interface work to provide
a more efficient and effective business strategy.
No single application can deliver a CRM solution
to a business. When all your applications are
working together only then can a business start
to adopt an effective CRM strategy.
As such, Achiever has been
designed to provide customer-facing staff with
timely access to relevant information by integrating
with your existing back office and front office
systems.
Achiever has already
been integrated with many leading systems. Too
many to list here but include products such as
Sage, IMPACT Encore, Exchequer, Pegasus, SAP,
Scala, Microsoft and several dedicated help desk
systems.
ODBC Server
Achiever is an ODBC compliant database. This means
that other ODBC compliant applications can access
Achiever's data files. For example, use Microsoft
Excel's PivotTables or reporting tools such as
Crystal Reports or Cognos to produce SQL lists
and charts.
Microsoft
Outlook
Achiever has unrivalled levels of integration
with Microsoft Outlook. Activities and contacts
are synchronised with Outlook's diary and contact
database with bi-directional updating. This integration
enables seamless transfer of information to hand
held devices.
Finance,
ERP and MRP Systems Integration
Achiever links to your back office systems providing
users with access to vital data stored in these
systems. Achiever's database will also pass information
to these other systems automatically. For example,
when a quotation becomes an 'approved' order it
passes the information to the back office systems.
Achiever transmits data from these systems to
other Achiever users that may be based off-site.
Reporting
and Forecast Analysis
There are times when Achiever's internal reporting
tool is not an option. For example, workgroups
that do not use Achiever but still require report
output across the data. In theses situations any
ODBC complaint report writer, such as Cognos,
Crystal Reports or Excel will be able to gain
full access to Achiever's data files.
