Testing Process

System testing is an integral part of the Achiever project implementation process.

The Achiever Anyware testing process starts early with the identification and documentation of the customer's Critical Success Factors that form part of the Terms of Reference (ToR) document. These are then used to create the final system test plans to confirm that the completed solution meets the customer's requirements.

During the Design phase installation of the Achiever Anyware system is carried out to test software compliance within your technical environment. Any issues are documented with any follow up actions and recommendations detailed.

As every solution is designed to suit the unique requirements of each customer, customised test plans are created to cover the individual requirements of each customer. Items included within the test plans are the Critical Success Factors, core functionality requirements, Return on Investment (ROI) measures and core business scenarios. Customised test plans are signed-off by the customer to ensure that the mechanism used for measuring project success accurately represents the customer's needs.

The signed-off customised test plans are used by the Achiever Solution Delivery Team to ensure the completed solution meets customer requirements as outlined in the System Requirements document prior to delivering the system to the customer. In addition, a formal User Acceptance day is included in every implementation to allow the customer and Achiever to conduct system testing and the customised test plans are used within this process. Additionally soft-copy versions of the test plans are provided to the customer to enable them to be used during any internally led testing sessions and updated as the system evolves.

During the testing sessions any identified issues are documented and addressed by Achiever accordingly.
